3. How and what personal data we collect and process

We collect personal data from visitors when they purchase our products through the completion of online forms, registration processes, newsletter subscription.

3.1 What data?

The acquisition of the buyer’s personal data, i.e. name, surname, address, email, telephone, is necessary exclusively for the acceptance of the order by the seller and for shipping. The only recipient of the purchaser’s personal data is the seller, that is Zigozago di Luisa Masciello, who will not be able in any way to transmit them to third parties, unless this is necessary to carry out the order.

The data relating to credit card payments are transmitted in encrypted form and are processed directly by PayPal, which uses the most advanced techniques to ensure maximum confidentiality of such data. Buyer’s email address may be used by Seller to send newsletters or product promotions only after approval by Buyer. Location data, including general location data (e.g. IP address) and details about the exact location of the mobile device. Please note that most mobile devices allow you to set or disable the use of location services for all applications in the settings menu of the mobile device. In addition, many modern operating systems and browsers have default settings to block the transmission of such data without your expres s consent (opt-in). 5. Retention period and cancellation

Personal data will be retained by us in accordance with applicable data protection law to the extent and for the time necessary for the processing purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Personal data are processed for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Zigozago accepts no responsibility for any unauthorised a ccess or loss of personal information beyond its control.

6. Security of personal data

We have put in place appropriate technical and organizational security policies and procedures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. The protection of personal data is done through Certified Partners in our case the Host company. If you have access to parts of our website you are responsible for keeping your user ID and password confidential. Please be aware that the transmission of data v ia the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to try to protect the security of your personal data, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.

Unless otherwise provided for by applicable law, the data subject has the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and transfer of his or her personal data.
